NEW Worship Service Times
Starting on August 15, our new Worship Service times will be 9:00 and 11:15.
Pastoral Ordinations on August 8
On August 8 during both services, we will be ordaining several members of our first Pastor's College class. Luke Rakestraw will be ordained during the 9:00 service, and, pending final examination by our Presbytery at the end of July, Travis Stephens and Josh Crawford will be ordained during the 11:00 service. Robert will preach during both services.
Also, a reception will be held in the Fellowship Hall after the 9:00 service to celebrate Luke's ordination. Members of the Richmond Launch Team are invited to a lunch reception in the Lower Level after the 11:00 service.
Please join us during one of these services to celebrate the Lord providing our community with more gifted leaders!
Parish Groups are back!
Parish Groups will begin meeting again this September! Parish Groups are multi-generational gatherings of people that live near you. These gatherings take place on a consistent basis throughout the year, and often involve food, fellowship, and discussion about that week's sermon.
Please sign up today! This helps us plan well for these groups and place people in the best group according to where they live.
Volunteer at Richmond Church Plant
The church plant in Richmond (which will be called Covenant Community Church) is launching their worship services on August 22nd, and they are looking for volunteers over the next three months to help with various needs (setup, childcare, prayer, greeting, etc). Volunteers would be in Richmond from 8:45-11:45. If you are interested in helping one or two times during the next three months, please click the button below. Foundations Weekend
Registration is now open for our next membership class on August 20-21. The sessions will be Friday night and Saturday morning, and breakfast and dinner are provided. We invite anyone who is interested in pursuing membership and learning more about our church history and theology. To sign up, click the button below. Youth Parent Meeting on August 4
Parents of 7th-12th graders, please join us for our annual Parent Meeting to learn about the TCPC Youth Ministry and our goals for assisting you in the nurture of your student this year! The meeting will take place at 7:00 PM on August 4 in the Youth Room.
MDO is hiring!
TCPC's Mother's Day Out program is beginning in September and still looking for two staff members and two substitute teachers. The hours are Tuesday/Thursday from 8:30-1:30 and the pay is $13/hour. David Tucker Celebration
